Job Summary

Outdoor Studio LLP™ is looking for a performance-driven Digital Growth Manager to lead our digital marketing, online lead generation and e-commerce growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads and measurable revenue through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets with strong focus on ROAS, CPL, CAC and conversions.
- Generate qualified leads for retail, architects, interior designers, hotels, resorts, builders and B2B clients.
- Manage and improve SEO to increase organic rankings and website traffic.
- Optimize the website and landing pages for better conversion rates and lead generation.
- Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager and advertising dashboards.
- Track the complete funnel from ad lead enquiry quotation sale.




- Work closely with the sales team to measure lead quality and actual revenue generated.
- Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research.
- Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Coordinate creatives, product content, social media and campaign requirements.
- Identify recent digital channels and growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering spend, leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions and revenue.
- Continuously test campaigns, audiences, creatives and landing pages to improve performance.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant digital/performance marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing meaningful digital advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Must understand the difference between generating traffic/leads and generating profitab
