Job Description

We are looking for a
Senior IT Recruiter
with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing recruitment activities independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to offer management and successful placement.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct cold calling, candidate engagement, and initial screening to identify suitable candidates.
- Source profiles through various job portals, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques such as headhunting, employee referrals, social networking, database mining, and job postings.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews,



follow up with candidates, and ensure timely collection of interview feedback.
- Build and maintain solid candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in internal databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Participate in weekly meetings and prepare weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Good to Have
- Exposure to client handling and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in team handling, mentoring, or guiding junior recruiters.
- Ability to coordinate recruitment activities and support team members in achieving hiring targets.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with IT recruitm
