Role & responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and functional heads to provide strategic and tactical HR support aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters including, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and employee retention.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with Metallurgy HR guidelines and business requirements.
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement initiatives in line with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify manpower requirements, support workforce planning initiatives, and ensure timely closure of hiring requirements.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth onboarding and induction of recent employees into the organization.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the creation of a positive, high-performance,



and employee-centric work culture across the business.
- Proactively engage with employees and managers to address employee concerns, resolve grievances, and support disciplinary processes in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating development programs, and driving capability-building interventions.
- Partner with leadership teams on succession planning, talent reviews, and career development initiatives for talent within the organization.
- Collate, maintain, and analyse HR metrics and MIS reports to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives to enhance employee effectiveness and business performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA with 10-15 years of HRBP experience in manufacturing set up.
- This job requires to travel to our Nashik & Nagpur facilities.
