Equentis Wealth Advisory is a growing wealth management organization focused on building high-performing teams across Sales, Wealth Management, and enabling functions. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is energetic, target-oriented, and keen to build hands-on experience in bulk recruitment and high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Talent Acquisition team in bulk hiring across sales and business functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct high-volume candidate calling and initial screening based on defined eligibility criteria.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, career opportunities, compensation structure, and company information to candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, interview schedules, and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure smooth movement from screening interview selection joining.
- Maintain daily productivity and hiring reports.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure adequate candidate pipelines for critical and bulk-hiring requirements.
- Participate in recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and other hiring initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Support the team in reducing candidate drop-offs, no-shows, and offer-to-join gaps.

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate / MBA-HR student or candidate interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of candidate calls every day.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Valuable interpersonal skills and confidence while interacting with candidates.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment/sales will be an added advantage.

- Daily calling and follow-up productivity
- Interview scheduling and attendance
- Candidate-to-interview conversion
- Interview-to-selection conversion
- Selection-to-joining conversion
- Timely and accurate recruitment tracker updates
- Overall contribution to bulk hiring closures
