About the Role

We are looking for a capable, trustworthy and detail-oriented accountant to manage the personal accounting, taxation and financial reporting requirements of four directors.

Responsibilities

- Manage individual income-tax computation, advance tax, return filing and related compliance for all four directors.
- Maintain complete personal books of accounts, including bank accounts, credit cards, investments, loans, expenses and inter-account transactions.
- Prepare annual balance sheets, income statements, capital accounts and supporting schedules.
- Reconcile records with Form 26AS, AIS, TIS, bank statements, demat accounts and investment statements.
- Track capital gains, interest, dividends, rental income, assets, liabilities and major financial commitments.
- Manage accounting records and reconciliations in Zoho Books.
- Prepare monthly MIS covering cash position, income, expenses, investments, liabilities,



tax payable and pending actions.
- Maintain a compliance calendar for tax payments, return filings, notices, insurance and other financial deadlines.
- Coordinate with chartered accountants, tax consultants, bankers, brokers and other advisors.
- Maintain complete documentation and strict confidentiality of all financial information.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of individual income tax, personal accounting, capital gains and balance-sheet preparation.
- Good working knowledge of Zoho Books and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical ability, numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Positive reporting and MIS skills.
- High ownership, integrity, confidentiality and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and explain financial matters clearly to the directors.
