Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our Recruitment Consulting team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer management and closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across multiple mandates and deliver within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, job descriptions and hiring mandates in detail.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for different levels and functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs, Shine, referrals and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct database mining, Boolean searches and targeted candidate mapping.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, notice period and overall fit.
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic discussions and assess candidate suitability.
- Share relevant candidate profiles with clients along with detailed candidate synopses.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure smooth interview processes.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
- Manage salary negotiations, counter-offers, notice-period discussions and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across assigned sectors and functions.




- Develop talent maps and market intelligence for niche and senior-level mandates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of mandates.
- Achieve defined recruitment targets, closure numbers and turnaround timelines.

Preferred Skills

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean search.
- Strong communication, interviewing and negotiation abilities.
- Good stakeholder and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting workplace.
- Good analytical and market-mapping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, Staffing, RPO or Corporate Talent Acquisition backgrounds would be preferred.

Experience in hiring for BFSI, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Consulting, Technology, Defence & Aerospace, Manufacturing or Corporate Functions will be an advantage.
