Role Overview We are looking for a Development Manager / Sr. Development Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in .NET technologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading teams, designing scalable architecture, and ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise grade applications. This is a leadership-cum-technical role requiring solid people management, architectural expertise, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of developers across multiple projects, ensuring on time and high-quality delivery.

Define and implement software development standards, coding guidelines, and SDLC best practices.

Play a key role in designing robust, scalable,



and secure application architecture (3-Tier, Microservices, MVC, MVVM).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Contribute actively in solution architecture, design discussions, and technical reviews.

Drive the integration of third-party APIs and systems with core technology platforms.

Ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Mentor, guide, and upskill team members to build strong technical capabilities.

Provide technical leadership in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and complex issue resolution.

Stay updated with emerging trends in technology and banking solutions.

Technical Skills Required :

Strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework/Core. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Multi-tier architecture.

Experience with Framework 5.0+, Multithreading, WCF, WPF, IIS.

Hands-on with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, PL/SQL.

Knowledge of logging, monitoring, automation, API gateways, security, and performance tuning.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an aptitude for solving complex problems. Exposure to Agile methodologies, Unit Testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Ability to work with multi-user web applications and large-scale distributed systems.

Added Advantage :

Experience with ReactJS / NodeJS.

Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, WCF.

Exposure to Banking & Financial Services domain.

Familiarity with XML/SOAP, REST, Web Services, Xamarin / .NET MAUI.
