Role Overview

The Commissioned Program Operations (IC) is responsible for the end-to-end operational management, governance, and execution of commissioned programs. This role focuses on ensuring seamless program delivery, operational excellence, process compliance, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking. The individual will work cross-functionally with business, sales, finance, HR, and operations teams to drive program effectiveness, optimize processes, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Operations & Execution

- Manage day-to-day operations of commissioned programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables against defined objectives.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support launch, transition, scaling, and stabilization of recent programs or initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to service levels, governance standards, and operational procedures.

Commission Management Support
- Coordinate commission-related operational activities, validations, and data tracking.
- Partner with Sales Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure accurate program execution.
- Monitor commission program adherence and resolve operational discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support periodic audits and compliance checks related to commission programs.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
- Provide regular updates on program performance, risks, dependencies, and action plans.
- Serve as a point of contact for operational escalations and issue resolution.
- Facilitate meetings, reviews,



and governance forums with relevant stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational trackers.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
- Generate periodic business reviews and executive summaries.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and program optimization.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process standardization initiatives.
- Design and implement operational controls to improve accuracy and compliance.
- Lead or participate in automation and transformation projects.
- Document operational processes, SOPs, and knowledge management resources.

Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and operational guidelines.
- Proactively identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
