Your Role:

- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of SAP Customer Service (CS) processes aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and support SAP CS functionalities including Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranty Management, and Installed Base Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP SD, PM, MM, and FI modules to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Provide end-user support, conduct testing, prepare functional specifications, and drive continuous process improvements.





Your Profile:

- 6-12 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) module implementation and support projects.
- Proven experience in configuring service management processes, troubleshooting issues, and delivering business-centric SAP solutions.
- Robust understanding of integration points between SAP CS and related modules such as SD, PM, MM, and Finance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills with experience working in global project environments.
