Responsibilities

- Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing the design and engineering of rotating equipment systems, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and blowers.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis of rotating machinery, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in the development of project specifications, scope of work, and engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams for the selection and installation of rotating equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving for rotating equipment issues during all project phases.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Skills and Tools Required





- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in rotating equipment design and engineering, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools, such as ANSYS, AutoCAD, or equivalent applications for modeling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices related to rotating machinery.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project management experience is a plus, along with familiarity with project management tools.
