Role & responsibilities
- Independently conduct Staff Accountability Reviews (SAR) for NPA cases including role of relevant staff involved during the life-cycle of the loan and determination of Vigilance Angle if any.
- Identify procedural lapses and clearly distinguish between mala fide (fraudulent) intent, negligence, and bona fide business errors, basis available records.
- Prepare comprehensive, high-quality investigation reports within prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT) for submission to Senior Management, Board Committees, and regulators.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of issues
- Maintain strict records, evidentiary trails, and documentation pertaining to each investigation.
