Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts & Finance operations for real estate projects and corporate functions.
- Handle project-wise accounting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, receivables and payables.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, fund requirements and financial planning.
- Monitor project expenses against approved budgets and highlight variances.
- Handle accounts receivable, collections, vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tally/ERP and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, tax professionals and statutory authorities.
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis and dashboards for senior management.
- Monitor customer collections, outstanding receivables and ageing reports.
- Ensure proper accounting of construction/project expenses, land-related transactions, contractor bills and vendor accounts.
- Review and control journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation and general accounting.
- Support management in financial decision-making,



cost control and profitability analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.
- Manage and guide the Accounts & Finance team.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Purchase, Projects, Commercial and Management teams for finance-related matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting through the company's ERP system.
- - Mandatory Requirements
- 1012 years of total experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Purely Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from FMCG, Manufacturing, Banking, Retail, IT or other non-real-estate industries will not be preferred.
- Strong experience in Real Estate project accounting.
- Hands-on experience working on ERP systems is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
- Experience in handling project-wise accounting, MIS, budgeting and cash flow.
- Solid Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring an Accounts & Finance team.
