Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify the most qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
Job Requirements :
- 3.5-4.5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of contract hiring, contract staffing, C2H model, domestic staffing, IT hiring, IT sourcing, IT recruitment, niche hiring practices.
- Proficiency in using tools like SAP or similar systems for tracking candidate progress.
