Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple European countries, ensuring compliance and driving process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned European countries
- Review payroll data, perform validations and reconciliations
- Handle complex payroll scenarios variable pay, adjustments, exits, and special transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
- Monitor compliance with local payroll, tax, and statutory regulations
- Support audits and regulatory reviews
- Maintain payroll controls, documentation, and governance
- Ensure timely statutory filings and submissions
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors
- Manage vendor performance and drive issue resolution
- Analyze payroll data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of experience in Payroll
- Minimum 6 years managing payroll operations across Europe
- Solid knowledge of European payroll compliance and statutory requirements
