Deputy General Manager (Mechanical)

Industry: Sugar Industry

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may be considered
- Additional certification in ANSI/AVSI

Experience
- Minimum not less than 20 years in the sugar industry
- Must be currently working as AGM (Mechanical) or above not less than 5 years
- Robust exposure to integrated sugar operations Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance
- Budgeting, cost control and spare parts management Statutory compliance, industrial safety practices

Key Exposure Required
- Milling & cane handling equipment
- Boilers & cogeneration systems
- Breakdown analysis & reliability improvement
- Team management & maintenance planning
- Distillery exposure will be an added advantage

Preferred Profile
- Age: Around 50 years or below
- Candidates from Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu preferred
- Ability to communicate in Kannada preferred
