Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
SAP FICO Lead
to manage critical production support activities and lead a team supporting global SAP Finance and Controlling operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP FICO, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience handling high-priority (P1/P2) incidents while ensuring adherence to SLAs and business continuity.

The role requires robust leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement within a global AMS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management
- Lead SAP FICO production support for business-critical applications.
- Manage and resolve P1/P2 incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams during major incidents.




- Perform impact analysis and drive quick issue resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Participate in incident bridges and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Functional Support
- Support SAP FI modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Tax Configuration
- Support SAP CO modules including:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Resolve functional issues involving month-end and year-end closing activities.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead a team of SAP FICO consultants supporting global business operations.
- Allocate incidents, monitor workloads, and ensure SLA compliance.
