Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders, billing coordination, delivery follow-ups, collections, and daily sales activities. The candidate should have positive communication, coordination, and Excel skills and be capable of working closely with customers, sales executives, accounts, stores, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales executives and customers regarding enquiries, orders, and requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmations, and other sales documents.
- Receive customer purchase orders and verify product, quantity, price, delivery terms, and other details.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice preparation and billing.
- Follow up with the warehouse/stores team for product availability and dispatch.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and logistics teams.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain daily sales order and delivery status reports.




- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain customer-wise sales, order, payment, and enquiry records.
- Update sales data in Excel/ERP/software on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with salespersons regarding their daily visits, orders, collections, and pending requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communication professionally.
- Follow up on product samples, trial requirements, technical documents, PDS/MSDS, and certificates when required.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, accounts, and logistics departments to resolve customer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer POs, invoices, delivery details, and payment follow-ups.
