*Job Summary*

Leading contracting/PMC firm handling residential projects is looking for a *Senior Quantity Surveyor* with 15+ years experience in Tendering and Client Billing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end BOQ, rate analysis, tender schedules, and billing reconciliation for residential building projects.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Prepare detailed *quantity estimation and measurement* including *BBS* for residential building projects
- Handle *rate analysis for tendering* and prepare competitive BOQ-based tenders




- Source and validate *current material and labour market rates* independently
- Prepare *MS Project based tender schedules* and track tender timelines
- Manage *client billing* - RA bills, final bills, variation claims, and reconciliation
- Verify and substantiate client claims with robust reconciliation skills
- Coordinate with site team, consultants, and vendors for measurements and clarifications
- Explain rates, quantities, and billing details clearly to clients and management
- Manage multiple project billing requirements with accuracy and adherence to timelines

*Required Skills & Competencies*
- *15+ years* experience with majority in *Residential / Commercial building projects*
- Strong knowledge of *quantity estimation, measurement, and BBS*
- Expertise in *rate analysis, tendering, and BOQ preparation*
- Good understanding of *current material & labour market rates*
