Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing conditions and prepare reports.
- Create BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in drafting or related field (architecture/civil engineering).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of Revit an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of tender documentation, evaluation, cost estimation.
