Job Title: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveRole Definition

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and developing the company’s sales and marketing activities. The role includes generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating with dealers/distributors, conducting market visits, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company’s overall business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings to generate new business.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate for order finalization.
- Monitor sales enquiries, orders, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.

Marketing Activities




- Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
- Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide suggestions to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotion, exhibitions, customer visits, and other activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations, product information, and promotional materials.

Customer & Dealer Management
- Regularly communicate with customers and dealers to understand their requirements.
- Provide necessary product information and sales support.
- Ensure timely follow-up for customer enquiries and complaints.
- Maintain professional and long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports to management.
