Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers for complex applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve root causes of issues, implementing fixes to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain documentation of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles for internal use by other teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical production systems, providing 24/7 coverage during off-hours.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in application support or related field (e.g., development).
- Robust understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure services (e.g., EC2, S3) and Kubernetes containerization platform.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases and Python programming language.
