We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to own customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and performance marketing.

What you’ll do:
- Own and scale Meta Ads , Google Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns to drive qualified leads, customers, and revenue.
- Own growth as a revenue generating channel, with clear responsibility of ROAS, conversion, and Revenue targets.
- Identify current channels and opportunities to diversify and scale revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with creative, product, and sales teams to improve the customer journey and conversion rates.
- Build reports to track growth and revenue performance.

What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
- Hands on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven ability to generate measurable Revenue through Marketing channels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
