Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, promotional videos, tutorials, and event highlights.
- Add captions, transitions, background music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Create engaging videos based on marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos according to platform-specific formats, dimensions, and requirements.

2. Creative Design & Content Creation
- Design posters, social media creatives, banners, flyers, thumbnails, and marketing materials.
- Create visual assets for online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Create and enhance images using AI tools and creative software.
- Develop attractive thumbnails and promotional graphics for digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, fonts, and visual style.

3. Content Calendar Management
- Maintain and update the content calendar across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams for upcoming campaigns.




- Plan creative requirements according to content schedules and campaigns.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of videos and creative assets.
- Organize and maintain content libraries, media files, and design resources.

4. Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to execute content strategies.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, design trends, and AI tools.
- Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement.
- Experiment with recent content formats and AI-powered creative solutions.
- Handle multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI image generation
