Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert-level consulting services to clients on Planisware solutions, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of their projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in oil & gas operations, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Operations principles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming language is required; experience with other scripting languages an asset.
