Job Description: FITISTAN is looking for a dedicated and experienced Backend Developer to join our quick-paced and innovation-driven technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the core server-side logic, database structures, and microservices that power our web and mobile applications. Your work will directly to support our mission to revolutionize digital fitness engagement and ensure robust performance, security, and scalability of the platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Backend Development and Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-centered logic using Node.js.
- Implement and manage databases using MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB to support various application use cases.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and services to ensure smooth communication between frontend, backend, and external systems.

Microservices Architecture:
- Design and implement scalable microservices aligned with needs and system growth.




- Ensure smooth integration and communication across services with proper documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with frontend developers and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to discussions and help improve system design and code quality.

Performance, Security & Optimization:
- Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement security and data protection practices across services and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests and participate in CI/CD processes.

Troubleshooting and Support:
- Debug and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks in the backend.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing systems and services.

Qualifications:

Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of hand
