Autoveer is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Nissan showroom in Rohtak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving showroom sales targets, managing the sales team, generating business, improving customer experience, and driving overall dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor leads, enquiries, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Develop strategies to improve sales, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle key customers and support the team in deal closures.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and track individual/team performance.
- Train and guide Sales Consultants on products, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accounts, Service, and Delivery teams.
- Ensure proper CRM updates, reporting, and timely follow-ups.




- Plan and support local promotional and customer engagement activities.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in automobile sales, with prior experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role preferred.
- Experience with a passenger car dealership will be strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile sales processes, finance, insurance, exchange, and vehicle delivery procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
