Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Oswaal Books products to customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable books based on their needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at the assigned store.
- Explain product features, benefits, editions, and offers to customers.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Maintain daily sales and activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Oswaal Books sales team and store management.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and professional representation of the brand.

Requirements




- 0–2 years of experience in promoter sales, retail sales, field sales, or education/book sales.
- Freshers with valuable communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with students, parents, teachers, and general customers.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the assigned retail store.
