**Qualification:** **MBA in Finance – Mandatory**

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

Consortium eLearning Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **Finance Executive** who can handle and support the company's overall finance function beyond routine accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of **P&L;, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, cost analysis and financial planning** and should be capable of converting financial data into meaningful business insights for management.

This is **not a purely Accounts Executive role**.



The candidate will work closely with management and different departments to monitor the company's financial performance, identify financial requirements, control costs and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

1. P&L; & Financial Analysis

* Prepare and analyse monthly Profit & Loss statements.

* Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and net profitability.

* Identify major changes and deviations in financial performance.

* Analyse **Actual vs Budget vs Previous Period** performance.

* Highlight areas of cost leakage and opportunities for profitability improvement.

* Provide meaningful financial insights to management.

2. MIS & Management Reporting

* Prepare monthly/weekly MIS reports for management.

* Track key financial and business performance indicators.

* Prepare revenue, expense, margin, collection and profitability reports.

* Develop dashboards/reports using MS Excel.
