Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day MEP site execution activities.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works with contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
- Monitor quality, progress, safety and workmanship at site.
- Support testing, commissioning, inspection and handover of MEP systems.
- Coordinate snag/punch-point closure and project documentation.
- Ensure MEP works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.

Candidate Profile




- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant MEP/site execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, execution, T&C; and handover.
- Valuable contractor/vendor management and communication skills.
- Candidates with residential, commercial or large-scale project experience preferred.
