Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 senior engineers across AI, Salesforce, and full-stack development




- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions — including backend, API design, and system design — for EDMO's product portfolio
- Own and evolve backend architecture using Node.js / NestJS and front-end solutions in React or Angular
- Define and implement telemetry, observability, and monitoring standards (logging, tracing, alerting) across services
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
- Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical delivery timelines
- Collaborate closely with product management and design teams
- Guide technical hiring and team scaling decisions
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards
- Lead technical discussions with university clients and stakeholders
- Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and development methodologies
