About the Role

PPC Studio is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital marketing projects across SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and web initiatives. This role requires a combination of project management expertise and digital marketing knowledge to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced digital marketing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Create and maintain project plans using project management tools.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Campaign Coordination
- Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing,



and social media.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address bottlenecks proactively.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO specialists, PPC managers, designers, content writers, developers, and account managers.
- Assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct client meetings and gather project requirements.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign and project performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, HubSpot, and Looker Studio.
- Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management.
