HR Executive

Tivona Global Technologies is looking for a agile HR Executive with 35 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities for Information Technology (IT) roles, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and assisting with day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Information Technology (IT) and other business support roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and qualified networks.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Facilitate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMS data accurately.




- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and employee-related inputs.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain HR-related records and documentation.
- Support employee separation processes, including exit documentation and clearance formalities.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably with experience hiring for Information Technology (IT) roles.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices.
- Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and skill sets across software development, quality assurance, infrastructure, cloud, data, and related functions.
