Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct chemical analysis of food products using techniques such as GC-MS, HPLC, ICP-MS, LCMS, and wet analysis.
- Develop and validate methods for protein quantitation in food samples.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to product quality and formulation.
- Prepare technical reports on test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in a laboratory setting with expertise in food technology or chemistry.
- Solid knowledge of chemical analysis techniques including GC-MS, HPLC, ICP-MS, LCMS, and wet analysis.
- Experience with protein quantitation methods such as ELISA or spectrophotometry is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; Master's degree preferred.
