Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Senior Software Engineer role based in Banglore, India. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems and web applications that support internal operations and client-facing services. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and secure code; optimizing application performance; integrating third-party services; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. The role also involves reviewing code,



mentoring junior engineers, enforcing coding standards, and contributing to architectural decisions and long-term technology strategy. The Senior Software Engineer will troubleshoot production issues, participate in testing and deployment, and ensure scalability and reliability of the software systems.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Orientated Programming (OOP) with one or more modern languages (such as Java, C#, Python, or similar).
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), APIs, and common web frameworks relevant to back-end development.
