Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design & development for automation systems, SPMs, conveyors, and machine assemblies
- Review and approve 3D models, 2D drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOMs
- Ensure designs meet functional, safety, and client requirements
- Coordinate with electrical, controls, and project teams for complete system integration
- Drive design standardization, modularization, and value engineering
- Oversee material selection, strength calculations, and design validation
- Support manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly teams for smooth execution
- Manage design changes, revisions, and documentation control
- Participate in client discussions, technical reviews, and approvals
- Lead, mentor, and develop the mechanical design team

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15–20 years in mechanical design, with at least 5–10 years in a leadership role
- Robust experience in automation machinery / SPM




- Expertise in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, machining, GD&T;, and materials
- Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical integration
