Job Summary

Procain Consulting & Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data and maintain records in the Greythr HRMS.
- Manage onboarding, confirmation, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Generate payroll and HR-related MIS reports.

Statutory Compliance
- Handle statutory compliances, including EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labor Welfare Fund.
- Coordinate employee registrations, nominations, withdrawals, and claim processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain statutory records.

Employee Grievance Management




- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and skilled manner.
- Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to resolve employee issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and support employee wellness activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management Support
- Assist in performance appraisal and policy implementation processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR operations and employee-related activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labor laws.
