Job description

· RM received from suppliers needs to be inspected for dimensions and reports for the same need to be recorded and updated on regular basis.

· Received Raw Materials after acceptance of dimensions to be sent for Lab testing to ensure received RM are as per standards.

· Ensure that the accepted RM are colour coded after lab test and are stored in racks properly tagged with identification and batch number.

· The status of the received RM has to be sent to the supplier within 2 working days

· Need to ensure that rejected RM are red painted, identified and isolated from the shop floor.

· Receive and inspect parts based on the drawings and quality plan and generate reports and document it regularly.

· Communicate to the supplier and internal team on rejections and reworks

· Circulate the reports to supplier after inspection and raise alerts if NC parts are found

LINE INSPECTION :

· Conduct first off approval for every part and update the first off approval sheet for all the machines.





· Inspect and update the patrolling inspection check sheet for all parts on hourly basis.

· Raise NC reports for the non-conforming parts.

· Monitor and track the rejections and reworks occurring in line inspection, conduct root cause analysis and prepare CAPA accordingly.

FINAL INSPECTION :

· Conduct inspection as per the quality plan and update quality check sheet for the same.

· Inspect the FG trays as per SOP and prepare inspection report for the same and document regularly.

· Maintain inspection reports on daily basis.

· Raise NC reports for the non-conforming parts.

· Track and record the rejections and reworks found in the parts, conduct root cause analysis and prepare CAPA.

· Raising alerts and communicating to shop floor on major rejections occurring at the final inspection.

· Update and mail the daily inspection data to VP at the end of the day.

· Circulate the rejections and reworks to all departments and VP on weekly and monthly basis.
