Detailed Responsibilities
- Lead the design and expansion of a robust data integration platform supporting global wealth management operations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and development teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs.
- Analyze, model, and create data architectures, including star schema and third normal form, ensuring they meet business, regulatory, and technical standards.
- Define and document business transformation rules from source to consumer interfaces, and conduct impact assessments for proposed changes.




- Develop and maintain data models and metadata repositories, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Build and share deep knowledge of data sources, platform capabilities, and consumer data usage, educating users and technical teams.
- Validate data models against projected data growth, evolving business patterns, and non-functional requirements.
- Provide leadership in stakeholder management, driving cross-functional team collaboration and effective project delivery.
- Make informed decisions on technical direction, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to complex data architecture challenges.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory frameworks, risk policies, and internal standards.

Skill Requirements

Essential Technical Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Python for data engineering and analytics.
- Robust experience with data modelling, including definition of data schema
