Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Technical Architect for Conga CPQ and CLM implementations.
- Lead requirement workshops, documentation, and solution design for Conga products.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to identify gaps requiring customization.
- Drive technical workshops and document requirements for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
- Conduct technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Prepare low-level technical designs and conduct technical design reviews.
- Define integration approaches, architecture, and data migration strategies.
- Work closely with the Engagement Manager and Solution Architect to plan build sprints and oversee technical progress.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in resolving complex challenges.
- Support sprint demos and ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct regular code reviews and internal build reviews,



capturing feedback and driving issues to closure.
- Collaborate on SIT and UAT planning and execution.
- Define organization strategy, deployment strategy, and manage multiple environments.
- Support product-related cases and collaborate with internal Conga teams when required.
- Provide Hypercare and post-production support.
