Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with robust expertise in New Product Development (NPD), project coordination, engineering drawings, customer communication, and manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for driving projects from initial requirements through development, validation, First Article Inspection (FAI), and successful handover to Production and Quality.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, project tracking, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and drive timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate New Product Development (NPD) projects from project initiation through successful launch and handover.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings,



specifications, customer requirements, and technical documents to provide accurate inputs to the Configuration/Engineering team.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Purchase, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Track NPD project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct project review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), track action items, and follow up on delays with concerned stakeholders.
- Identify project delays and risks, escalate critical issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and present bi-weekly NPD progress reports, project status reports, budget/actual cost tracking, and risk analysis reports for management review.
