Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer business requirements and map them to suitable HRMS solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements and prepare appropriate solutions.
- Assist in preparing RFPs, RFQs, proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
- Explain product features, functionalities, integrations, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications.
- Prepare solution documents and ensure proposed solutions are aligned with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Product, Implementation, and Support teams during the pre-sales and handover process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, demos, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Support the Sales team in improving lead conversion and achieving business targets.
- Stay updated on HRMS industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or IT Sales.
- Experience in selling or supporting software/SaaS solutions; HRMS/ERP experience preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and map them to product features.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Good analytical, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and solution consulting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with Sales and internal teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
