Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes, cover letters, and interviews to identify the best candidates for the role.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Robust understanding of technical recruitment processes and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
