Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer – Civil to supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
- Prepare daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site teams.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain site records, material receipts, labour attendance, and work progress.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, material planning, and cost control.




- Identify and resolve site issues to minimize project delays.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide site updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Experience in high-rise buildings and villas preferred.
- Commercial construction experience will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
