Job Description

We are looking for a MERN Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

You will work on real-time features such as chat, notifications, voice/video calls, and live streaming while collaborating with our Flutter mobile development and UI/UX teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Build and optimize APIs for real-time features including chat, notifications, voice/video calls, and live streaming.
- Work with Flutter developers for seamless web and mobile integration.




- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Optimize backend systems for high concurrency, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to deliver smooth and engaging user experiences.
- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud storage, and AI/ML services.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of React.js, Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
- Solid knowledge of Node.js and the MERN stack.
- Experience with WebSockets / Socket.IO for real-time applications.
- Knowledge of AWS or DigitalOcean and cloud deployments.
- Experience with NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Understanding of web application security best practices.

Good to Have
- Experience with microservices or modular architecture.
- Knowledge of Redis and CDN-based caching.
- Experience working on social networking, streaming, or large-scale applications.
