In late 2025, we’re expanding into Australia – and we’re looking for someone who can grow with us and take a lead role in loan processing for that market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on all direct loan applications received by SimplyFunded.




- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to understand their funding requirements and identify suitable lending opportunities.
- Make approximately 200 outbound calls per day while maintaining quality conversations and accurate records.
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers to understand their business, funding requirements and current financial position.
- Qualify customers over the phone based on SimplyFunded’s qualification criteria.
- Identify whether a customer meets the initial lending requirements before progressing the application.
- Gather key information relating to the business, including industry, time trading, funding purpose, turnover, existing finance and other relevant details.
- Follow up with customers to obtain outstanding information and documentation required to progress their application.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date application notes and customer information.
