Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – Property-Backed Loans to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Loan Against Property (LAP) and other property-backed lending products.

The role will be responsible for product strategy, proposition development, policy alignment, process design, pricing, portfolio performance, and business growth, while working closely with Credit, Risk, Sales, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Technology teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in LAP / Property-Backed Business Loans, with a deep understanding of the customer segment, lending journey, underwriting requirements, product economics, and risk-return dynamics.

Key Responsibilities





Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for LAP and property-backed lending products.

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, customer proposition, and business plan.

Identify market opportunities and develop current property-backed lending propositions based on customer and market needs.

Drive product profitability, pricing, fees, margins, and risk-adjusted returns.

Work closely with Credit and Risk teams to develop and refine credit policies, eligibility criteria, LTV, FOIR/DSCR, pricing, and underwriting frameworks.

Translate business requirements into product programs, processes, workflows, and system requirements.

Partner with Technology/LOS/LMS teams to drive product digitisation and process automation.

Work with Sales and Business teams to improve customer acquisition, conversion, TAT, and product adoption.

Analyse portfolio performance, customer segments, delinquency trends, and product-level profitability to identify improvement opportunities.
