About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and highly driven
Head of Admissions
to lead the University's admissions and enrollment strategy in a highly competitive higher-education environment.

This is a mission-critical senior leadership role responsible for driving
high-quality, diverse and values-aligned student enrollments
across undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated and emerging programs.

The Head of Admissions will own the admissions journey end-to-end—from market outreach and lead generation to counseling, conversion, offer acceptance and final enrollment.

The role carries responsibility for approximately
1,500 seats annually
and will directly contribute to the University's academic caliber, financial sustainability and future growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Admissions Strategy & Leadership
- Design and own a comprehensive admissions and enrollment strategy aligned with institutional goals.




- Translate the University's academic strengths, legacy and future vision into compelling student value propositions.
- Define program-wise enrollment targets, quality benchmarks and yield metrics.
- Lead the complete admissions cycle from awareness through enrollment confirmation.

2. Market Expansion & Outreach
- Lead admissions outreach across Hyderabad, Telangana, neighboring states and key national feeder regions.
- Build solid relationships with schools, colleges, counselors, principals and education influencers.
- Develop partnerships with coaching institutes, Olympiad networks and talent programs.
- Represent the University at education fairs, school visits, webinars and national forums.
- Identify new geographies and untapped student pools, particularly high-potential women students.

3. Conversion Excellence
- Own lead-to-admission and admission-to-enrollment conversion.
- Design effective counseling,
