About the Role

Our client, a
leading luxury hotel
, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Manager – Proactive
to drive new business development and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing corporate and key accounts, strengthening client relationships, and achieving the hotel's sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to achieve
room, F&B;, MICE, and overall revenue targets
.
- Identify and generate new business through
sales calls, client visits, networking, referrals, and market research
.
- Develop new accounts across
corporate, MICE, travel trade, government, leisure, and other relevant market segments
.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Manage assigned key accounts and identify opportunities for increased business and revenue.
- Conduct regular
sales calls, sales blitzes, client meetings, presentations, and property/site inspections
.




- Develop business proposals and negotiate rates and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into confirmed business.
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Banquets, F&B;, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, customer requirements, and pricing strategies.
- Represent the hotel at
trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, roadshows, and industry functions
.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, leads, and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular
sales reports, forecasts, account plans, and market intelligence reports
.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in
Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management
