Responsibilities

• Work with demand creator and resource management group to assign the demand validator and demand manager to the project for them to know if a deal is in progress

• Partner with hiring manager to collate required approvals needed to source for the position and store the approvals in designed sharepoint for audit tracking

• Assess demand quality as per defined quality metrics and ensure basic information is provided to source internal or external profiles

• Manage JD approvals from client and store the same in sharepoint.

• Manually identify Primary Resource Manager basis the matrix and assign the requisition

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Sourcing resumes using job sites, qualified networking sites

• Any undergraduate degree

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in working on sharepoint

• Previous experience in basic excel
