This role is the heartbeat of campus marketing - from building a vibrant social media presence to driving enrolment through smart BTL activations, from managing creative agencies to capturing the energy of campus life. Job Responsibilities
Social Media Brand Building (Primary responsibility):
- Plan and execute a monthly social media calendar aligned with CHIRECs brand outcomes.
- Ensure the campus maintains a consistent, high-quality, and impactful social media presence.
- Drive content across key pillars: Results, Alumni, Parents, Faculty, Placements, and Student Achievements.
- Ideate photo and video concepts for events and translate them into compelling social media content.
- Develop Media assets for social posting
- Coordinate with partner agency to deliver marketing output in alignment with brand aspirations.




- Keep the campus webpages updated - rankings, student achievements, content, and images must always reflect the best of the campus.
Campus Ownership:
- Be the single point of contact for all marketing needs of the campus.
- Own internal branding, key parental communications, newsletters, event coverage, and alumni engagement.
- Build strong relationships with campus stakeholders and deliver with professionalism and customer delight.
Enrolment BTL Marketing:
- Design and execute marketing interventions, digital and on-ground to support admission targets.
- Plan and manage on-ground events, activations, and campaigns that drive enrolment.
- Stay agile and proactive spot enrolment opportunities and act on them swiftly.
Agency Management:
- Independently manage external creative agencies write clear briefs, share references, and set expectations and timelines.
